UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Womans Day -- March 8, 2015 -- Gert Beadle winner presentation (After this meeting, we discovered the winner was NOLC nominee Carole Gordon)
Labour Day Event 2015 -- no report
Day of Mourning -- April 28, 2015 -- Karen Abramson -- The event is scheduled to be held at Ben Lee Park. A motion was made to support the DOM event with up to $800.00 from the NOLC. M/S/C
CLC Winter School -- Nikki Inouye, HEU who attended, had a report read by Recording Secretary, Cheryl Stone.
BCNDP FORWARD training weekend -- Nikki Inouye who attended gave a report which was read aloud by Cheryl Stone, Rec Sec.
World Community Film Festival -- reminder, March 14/15, 2015 Okanagan College

NEW BUSINESS:
BCFED -- Irene Lanzinger, President BCFED, confirmed to attend the May 2015 meeting. A motion was made to purchase 15 X "Fight for $15" campaign T-shirts. M/S/C
Camp Jubilee/Silver Lake Summer Camp contest -- Applications are ready, attached to this email as well as mail-out and on our website. A motion was made to purchase the registration fees for the Camp Contest. M/S/C
Election Preparation Conference -- Vancouver -- A motion was made to spend up to $300.00 to cover the room and travel expenses for a NOLC delegate who is an NDP member to this conference in Vancouver. M/S/C

FINAL CREDENTIALS REPORT: 21 Present with 18 Delegates 3 Guests 2 BCFORUM delegates

GOOD & WELFARE: The South Okanagan Boundary Labour Council invites all NOLC affiliates to attend their May Days celebration in Penticton May 2nd, 2015. For more information please email Greg McGowan at gregmcgowan@shaw.ca
